Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Solemniza ("Service"), operated by Solemniza Ltd. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Marketplace bookings

Vendors and travel suppliers (including hotels and airlines returned by third-party booking partners) are independent contractors. Solemniza facilitates booking but is not a party to the booking contract.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Platform fees, vendor payouts and refunds are subject to our published pricing and the supplier's cancellation policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination we will retain data as required by law and delete the remainder within 30 days.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solemniza's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of London.
